The picture.png file is the picture displayed at the PVE mission location or the Mission Control Center, such as inside the lobbies for that mission.
It must be 200x150 pixels in size and saved as 24 Bit PNG file. If you upload the mission to the Steam Workshop via the Galactineers Editor, the picture will also be used for the workshop item.
It is recommended that the picutre shows a representative portion of the map for this mission.
